Every NYX piece purchased directly from us is protected by a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. Should your piece develop a manufacturing fault during this period, we will repair or replace it — free of charge, without question.
- Manufacturing faults in materials or craftsmanship
- Loose or defective settings identified within 24 months of purchase
- Loss or theft
- Accidental damage or misuse
- General wear and tear — scratches, broken chains or clasps
- Items altered or repaired by another jeweller
- Purchases made through third-party retailers
For pieces that fall outside the two-year warranty period, we offer a professional repair service. All repairs are chargeable. Once your piece has been assessed by our team, we will provide a clear and transparent cost estimate before any work begins.
