The agreement between you ("Customer") and Anri RODRIG Fine Jewellery ("Anri Rodrig", "we", "us") is established upon shipment of your product(s). Orders are accepted upon receipt of full payment. Confirmation of your order by email does not constitute acceptance — acceptance occurs upon shipment, unless we notify you otherwise or you cancel as described below.

Only individuals aged 18 and over, or legally competent entities, may place orders on our site.

We occasionally offer promotional codes and discount offers. Offer-specific terms apply, including validity dates and applicable collections. To use a code, enter it at checkout and select "Apply". Only one code may be used per order.

• Codes are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
• Codes cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.
• Promotions may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice.
• If items purchased with a promotional code are returned, the discount will be applied proportionally. Any free gifts must also be returned.

Prices shown on our website are current at the time of ordering. Prices may be displayed in USD, EUR, or TRY. You will be charged in the currency selected at checkout; your bank may apply conversion fees beyond our control.

• Promotional codes apply to full-priced items only, unless otherwise stated. Gift cards, gift wrapping, and custom orders are excluded.
• If part of an order is returned and the remaining value falls below the free shipping threshold, the relevant shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
• Online pricing is subject to change without notice. Cached or printed materials may be outdated.

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product, subject to your legal rights (including EU/UK withdrawal rights where applicable).

Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return within 14 days to obtain a Return Authorisation.

• Items must be returned unworn, in original Anri RODRIG packaging, with all documents and accessories.
• Bespoke, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are excluded unless faulty.
• Hygiene-sensitive items (earrings, piercings, body jewellery) are excluded unless defective.

• Insufficient stock or production capacity.
• Delivery to your region is not possible or restricted.
• A pricing or product information error has occurred.

If we cancel your order, we will inform you and refund all amounts paid in full.

Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused and in original Anri RODRIG packaging with all accessories and certificates.

• Domestic returns: a return fee may apply where specified.
• International returns: postage, customs duties, and import taxes are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise required by law.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt. Your bank may require additional time to credit the funds.

Products are delivered to the address provided at checkout. International shipments are dispatched via insured couriers.
