Returns & Refunds

Our Policy

We want every Anri RODRIG piece to be exactly right for you. If for any reason it is not, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in its original condition, and returned in its original Anri RODRIG packaging.

  • Orders accompanied by proof of purchase
  • Defective or damaged items (exchanges)

  • Custom-made or personalised pieces
  • Engraved items
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage not caused by Anri RODRIG
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Discounted or sale items
How to Return

Contact Us
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will respond with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Ship the Item
Package your piece securely in its original Anri RODRIG box and send it to the return address provided by our team. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Inspection & Confirmation
Once your return is received, we will inspect the item and notify you by email. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.
Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the credit to appear, depending on your card provider or bank.

If you have not received your refund after several days, we recommend checking with your bank or card provider first. If the issue persists, please contact us directly.

Exchanges

We exchange items that are defective or damaged. If you received a piece that is not in perfect condition, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.

Gift Orders

If your Anri RODRIG piece was a gift and you would like to return or exchange it, please contact us with the purchaser's details and proof of purchase. Refunds for gift orders are returned to the original payment method of the purchaser.
