User & Membership Agreement

This User and Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Anri RODRIG Fine Jewellery, owned by [Anri RODRIG], located at ISTANBUL/BESIKTAS (hereinafter "Anri RODRIG"), and the individual or legal entity who completes the membership registration on the website www.anri-rodrig.com ("Website") or related applications ("Application") (hereinafter "Member").

Anri RODRIG and the Member shall be referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."

• User: A person who visits the Website or Application without registering.
• Member: A person or legal entity who completes registration and whose membership has been approved by Anri RODRIG.
• Membership ID / Username: Unique to each Member and cannot be assigned to another.
• Website / Application: All digital platforms owned and operated by Anri RODRIG.

Only individuals aged 18 or older may become Members. Legal entities may register through their authorised representatives.

This Agreement governs the terms and conditions of the membership relationship between Anri RODRIG and the Member, including use of the Website and Application, the rights and obligations of both Parties, and all related services.

By accepting this Agreement, the Member confirms that they are aware of all obligations, rules, and responsibilities relating to the use of the Website and Application.

• The Member must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• Membership commences upon Anri RODRIG's approval of the application.
• Anri RODRIG reserves the right to reject membership applications at its sole discretion.

• The Member agrees to act in compliance with all applicable laws and this Agreement.
• Any legal or criminal liability arising from the Member's actions on the Website or Application belongs solely to the Member.

• The Member confirms that contact details provided are accurate.
• Anri RODRIG is entitled to use these details for notifications, service updates, and marketing communications.

• All content, designs, visuals, texts, and trademarks on the Website belong exclusively to Anri RODRIG.
• No material may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

• The Member is solely responsible for keeping their username and password secure.
• Any transaction made using the Member's credentials shall be deemed to have been made by the Member.

• Bank transfer / EFT orders must be paid within 72 hours; otherwise they will be cancelled.
• If a product is unavailable or out of stock, Anri RODRIG may cancel the order and inform the Member.

• Uploading harmful software, providing false information, or engaging in activities that threaten system security is strictly prohibited.
• Anri RODRIG reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in such cases without notice.

• Anri RODRIG is not responsible for external links provided on the Website.
• Users are solely responsible for protecting their devices from malicious software.

Anri RODRIG collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and international standards (including GDPR where applicable).

• By becoming a Member, the Member expressly consents to the collection and use of their personal data for service provision, order fulfilment, marketing, and customer relationship management.
• The Member has the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data at any time by contacting Anri RODRIG at [email protected]

Events such as natural disasters, fire, earthquakes, epidemics, wars, acts of terrorism, strikes, cyber-attacks, infrastructure or internet failures, or other unforeseeable events beyond Anri RODRIG's reasonable control shall be considered Force Majeure. In such cases, Anri RODRIG shall not be held liable for delayed or interrupted services.

• This Agreement enters into force upon the Member's electronic approval.
• Anri RODRIG may suspend or terminate membership immediately if the Member violates any term of this Agreement.
• The Member may terminate their membership at any time by submitting a written request via email.

This Agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ankara Consumer Arbitration Committees, Consumer Courts, and Execution Offices.

• The e-mail address provided by the Member during registration shall be the official address for all notifications.
• Notifications sent to this address shall be considered delivered 2 (two) days after being sent.
